Dear Photographer:
I would like to introduce my company, BoG Productions. We are a new company on the cutting edge of technology. We have purchased state of the art equipment and premier software to deliver a quality product unsurpassed by any other. I am writing to you because you are at the very top of your field in your area and we know our product would highly compliment your work as a photographer and boost your sales.
We have created a DVD Slideshow, created for a 45th wedding anniversary, but this can be adapted for any occasion, such as wedding, etc. If you would like to have a free copy of the Promotional Slideshow, please Contact Us. This particular Slideshow has of a value of $1000.00, as there are over 400 photographs, which includes 22 photo enhancements and a video clip and 8 music tracks.
Each DVD holds 4.7 gigabytes of information and the Slideshow can hold approximately 800 photographs (100% resolution) and 16 music tracks. Photographs used in the Slideshow are protected from copyright infringements by precautionary measures we use to prevent the client from removing or printing from the disk.

"Preferred Photographers Program" Letter

Dear Photographer:
Now that you have taken a tour of our Graphix department and you are interested in becoming enrolled in our “Preferred Photographers Program”, let me explain how we can take you to an even higher level in your field.
We at BoG Productions will guide and assist you in giving your client a product that they will be proud to show their family and friends and one they will cherish and watch for many years to come.
We give you permission to use our DVD Slideshow Promotional Copy as a sales tool or if you prefer we will make a Promotional disk of your work for a small investment which would include 400 photographs and 8 music tracks of your choosing. Purchasing the Initial Promotional DVD Slideshow of your work is optional and is not required.
We will advertise on www.bogproductions.com free of charge, your services in our “Preferred Photographers Program” by state and region with a link to your website or list your address and phone number, once your application has been received and approved. You will receive notification by mail of your approval. All that we ask is that you promote the sale of the Slideshow, by playing it for your prospective clients, in your photography packages. There is no cost obligation to you.
We offer you, as one of our “Preferred Photographers”, a simplified ordering process and a guaranteed price of $325.00 for the DVD Slideshow. You may, however, sell them at your own price.
We also offer you the following “details/materials”: placement of up to 800 photographs (including transition effects between frames) and up to 16 music tracks (timing of tracks to begin and end at specific points within the Slideshow). A custom disk label, and cover along with a jewel case. The choice of background type: whether it is either a color, a photograph or 1 enhanced photo (whereas artistic creativity is given and is at the sole discretion of BoG Graphix at the time of creation), font and font color, along with the UPS shipping cost. The Slideshow will be shipped directly to you. However, Texas residents, 8.25% sales tax is applicable.
We will contact you to discuss the above mentioned “details/materials” after your order has been submitted & received. At that time you will be given the choice as to whether you want us to contact your client directly to acquire those “details/materials”, which in turn, would be less work for you.
We will embed our copyright along with yours at the end of Slideshow. You will need to send to us your copyright, preferably by electronic transmission and will be kept on file. You will retain all copyrights to your photographs, as we will retain the copyright of the DVD Slideshow.
We will sell more copies to you, if requested. They may be purchased for $115.00 per copy which includes the original custom disk label and cover with a jewel case along with the UPS shipping cost. Again, you may sell them at your own price.
We also offer a 3 month arrival of the Slideshow in your possession once ALL of the above mentioned “details/materials” including your copyright, has been received by us in our office either by digital transmission or by other shipping methods. You will be notified when we receive all the "details/materials".
We use precautionary measures to prevent copyright infringements by the client from removing or printing photographs from the disk that are used in the Slideshow.
We offer in the Preferred Photographers Program Package, if requested, a second copy of each Slideshow sold for sales purposes ONLY which CANNOT BE SOLD, the second burned disk will reflect these terms and conditions.
As you can see this is a no cost obligation to you.

I understand that I can request a second copy of any DVD slideshow that I order at no charge to me to be used for sales purposes only and will not be sold by me, my company or anyone in my employment. I also understand the second burned disk will reflect these terms and conditions.
I also understand that extra copies may be purchased from the Company for $100.00 each.
